My approach to real estate is to provide a high level of service to my clients, so that every home purchase and sale goes as smoothly and successfully as possible. I accomplish this by bringing my concern, expertise, knowledge and guidance to every real estate transaction. I work hard to bring about satisfactory results for buyers and sellers, when they are dealing with one of the most important financial investments of their lives.
I have worked with a variety of clients, in a wide range of price points, throughout most of the Twin Cities metro area. Clients include first time home buyers, investment owners, transferees who have owned multiple homes, sellers who were ready to downsize or move to retirement homes and many more. I have experience in selling existing single family homes, new construction, condos, townhomes and duplexes. I also have experience in working with short sales and foreclosures. This broad range of experience has allowed me to take great satisfaction and joy from the work I do and the wonderful clients I have helped.
I have over thirty years of marketing, negotiating and sales experience. This experience provides a valuable background in helping clients buy and sell their homes.
- Eighteen years experience in residential real estate with Coldwell Banker Burnet, including seven years as a Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Burnet's Previews-Distinctive Homes Division.
- Eight years experience in commercial real estate, managing and leasing multi-tenant office buildings for institutional owners and private investors. Responsibilities included the management of on-site staffs, tenant improvement projects and capital expenditure projects. Also handled budget development and expense control.
- Twelve years experience as regional marketing and promotion representative for TV Guide Magazine. Negotiated trade agreements and served as liaison between TV stations and TV Guide Magazine in six Midwestern states.
